Yes. Every SingWealth advisor is a licensed Singaporean investment professional assigned based on your district. You will have a direct phone number and email address for your advisor. You can call them with questions at any time. We do not use overseas call centres.

No. Our advisors are instructed never to pressure clients. The first call is entirely introductory. Many clients take several conversations before they decide to deposit, and that is completely fine.

If you ever feel pressured by any SingWealth representative, contact us immediately. That is not how we operate.

Yes. Your money is yours. You can request a withdrawal at any time. Your advisor will explain the standard processing timeline and whether any implications apply to your specific account type.

Your advisor will walk you through this in detail on your first or second call. SingWealth uses AI-assisted portfolio management to allocate your investment across diversified assets appropriate to your risk tolerance and goals. You will see every dollar in your dashboard at all times.

CPF & SRS

CPF, SRS & Singapore Tax Accounts

Yes. Your CPF OA above $20,000 can be invested under the CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS). Your advisor will review your current situation and help you understand which approved investments are appropriate for your risk profile. This is one of the most underutilised opportunities for young Singaporeans.

The Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) allows Singaporeans and PRs to contribute up to $15,300 per year (foreigners up to $35,700) and receive a full tax deduction on contributions. Your advisor will explain whether it makes sense for your tax bracket and income level.

SRS is one of the most underused tax tools in Singapore. Your advisor will show you exactly how much tax you save.

Yes. Permanent Residents can use SingWealth and access both the CPF Investment Scheme and SRS accounts. Your advisor will explain the rules that apply to PRs differently from citizens, including the higher SRS contribution limit of $35,700.

Yes. EP holders can use SingWealth and contribute to SRS (up to $35,700 per year). They cannot contribute to CPF as employees but can still invest through general investment accounts. Your advisor will structure a plan that maximises your options.

When your advisor calls they will identify themselves by full name and their MAS registration number. You can verify their credentials independently on the MAS Financial Institutions Directory at mas.gov.sg. A legitimate advisor will always welcome verification.
